About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mac Support and Administration professional with strong expertise in JAMF and Apple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mac OS X clients.
• Diagnose Mac hardware issues and provide L2 level remote support.
• Administer and manage JAMF Server, including creating and maintaining JAMF policies and configuration profiles.
• Develop Self Service policies and customizations in JAMF.
• Create configuration profiles for application kernel and system extensions.
• Scope JAMF policies effectively.
• Manage OS patching cycles and remediation workflows (minimum 6 cycles of experience).
• Package Mac applications using tools like Composer and Packages.
• Handle mass deployments through JAMF.
• Write and maintain scripts in bash, Python, or Swift.
• Adhere to ITIL processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mac support and administration.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of macOS concepts and fault-finding methodologies.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in JAMF administration and server management.
• Apple and JAMF certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (bash, Python, or Swift).
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
