Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Fishkill, NY | Duration: 6 months | Work Schedule: 5 days onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees in a fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software, and application issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and application issues.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Support employees through in‑person and remote channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
• Follow documented processes and procedures for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple support requests while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively with employees, business partners, and teams at all levels.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet required performance and service‑level goals.

Required Skills

• Desktop and technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Pay

$25 – $32.14 per hour on a W‑2 basis.
