Deskside Support Technician
The Company is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required
- Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
- Complete special projects as requested
- Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of previous Deskside Support experience
- Good communication skills
- Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- Good customer support skills
- Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
Pay Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
