Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems up to 10/11/systems including how to install the latest OS patches
- Extensive knowledge of MAC’s operating systems including how to install the latest OS patches
- Knowledge of multiple antivirus solutions
- Able to adequately describe two-factor authentication
- Able to adequately explain how Virtual Private Network (VPN) works
- Knowledge on viruses and malware and how to clean an infected computer properly
- Programming experience preferred
- Basic pc repair knowledge
- Red Hat/Centos or Linux experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to train team members on NAC troubleshooting techniques and additional IT Security initiatives such as DropBox
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
- 2 years of relevant technical experience
Pay
$18 – $21 per hour, depending on skills and experience plus benefits
