About the role

This on-site position involves providing customer service to residents, monitoring residents and visitors, ensuring property security, and communicating effectively with authorities and the Property team.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording the name of the visitor(s).
• Convey accurate information to the appropriate authorities, as necessary.
• Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
• Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule outlined by the Property Manager and other appropriate supervisory staff.
• Respond to emergency situations by calling the appropriate emergency service (e.g., police, fire department, ambulance, paramedics).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General office experience.

Schedule

Part-time; 24 hours/week. Saturdays 7am-3pm, Mondays & Tuesdays 3pm-11pm.

Pay

$20.00-$22.00/hour.
