About the role
Provide support in a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and provide information as needed
- Assist with office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Handle mail and document distribution
- Support special events and meetings as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience in an office environment beneficial
