About the role

Provide support in a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet visitors and provide information as needed
  • Assist with office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Handle mail and document distribution
  • Support special events and meetings as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • One year of relevant experience preferred
  • Previous experience in an office environment beneficial
