Duties
- Responsible for regular contact with residents (in-person, phone, and email).
- Informs residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed.
- Assist with amenity reservation requests.
- Record calls and in person visitors with unit and purpose in the notebook provided.
- Sweep lobby area as needed (especially in the winter) and check for trash (including outside entryway).
- Complete shift report each shift, reporting any damage, violations, loud noise, or needed repairs.
- Check lobby and other common areas for trash or misplaced packages.
- Check packages have unit numbers on them.
- During pool season, lock up at closing time. After close, check the lock.
- Walk each floor. Report/take photos of any damage, trash, mechanical malfunctions, burned out light bulbs, or water in halls, ceilings, carpet, or storage rooms.
- First and third shifts of the day, change elevators and skyway doors per building schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand and to reach above shoulders with hands and arms in order to file a variety of documents;
- Use hands and fingers to input data to information system;
- Talk or hear in order to gather and provide information on departmental processes.
Environmental Demands
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office without exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, toxic agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.
