Responsibilities
- Create new designs for textile products designs for all baby bedding and seasonal product lines (stockings, advent calendars, and other seasonal décor).
- Collaborate closely with product development, production, and sourcing teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to final product.
- Work closely with overseas merchants and vendors to develop product with key deadlines top of mind and ensuring all samples are delivered for key presentations.
- Conduct trend and material research to stay ahead in the market and suggest innovative design directions.
- Translate design briefs into market-ready textile patterns and products.
- Design and develop specs and concept boards while managing concept all the way through product approval.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in techniques and products.
- Proactively support calendar to recognize milestones and key dates.
Requirements
- This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office
- Minimum 4 years retail product design experience with a degree in Design or equivalent experience (Textiles/home/fashion).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Comfortable with hands-on work, including physical display or showroom setup.
- Comfortable with presenting design assortment to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong eye for color, texture, and pattern.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience designing (category specific product); keeping materials and pricing in mind.
- Experience in identifying and contributing trends and inspiration based on the given concept direction.
- Desire to continue to learn and adapt as processes evolve within the company.
Qualifications
- Must provide a portfolio or website of current and past works.
- (A plus) Domestic and overseas experience collaborating with factories, understanding price adjustment to reflect brand aesthetic.
- Knowledge of constructions and fit execution.
Skills

Pay
The expected starting pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
