Designer/Sales Representative

About the role

Closet Factory is looking for Design Sales people in the Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Venice, and surrounding area. Successful candidates will work locally, except for bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL. You will transform your natural talent for organization and design into a rewarding career, helping clients live better lives by designing custom home organizational solutions.

There is no cold calling—qualified leads are provided, and potential customers are expecting your call. You will set up appointments to meet clients in their homes, create designs for their spaces, price them, and close the deal.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to assess their organizational needs.
• Create custom designs for home organizational systems.
• Price and present design solutions to clients.
• Close sales and secure orders.
• Attend bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Trainable and coachable mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Energetic and upbeat personality.
• Passion for organization, design, and helping others.

Qualifications

No previous work experience in design is needed. Sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training at our Jacksonville office, including marketing materials, sample materials, technical tools, and professional mentorship.

Pay

$3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month (commission only).

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, primarily on the road.
