Designer/Sales Representative

We are looking for Design Sales people in the Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Venice and surrounding area. Successful candidates will work locally except for bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL. About the Role

If you work for the Closet Factory Ft. Myers, we will help you transform something you are naturally good at doing -- perhaps even passionate about -- into a rewarding career as a Designer. Better yet, you will be helping your clients live better lives by designing products for their homes — solutions that get them organized. Best of all, you will get paid for this privilege. No previous work experience in design needed. Sales experience is required. We will train you at our Jacksonville office. We will provide you the marketing materials, sample materials, technical tools, and professional mentorship you need to develop your sales skills. You will work directly with our sales manager and the co-owners of the company. You and your work will matter.

Responsibilities

• Work locally, with bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL
• Receive qualified leads from potential customers looking to purchase a home organizational system
• Call potential customers who are expecting your call and set up an appointment to meet with them in their home
• Create a design for their space and price it
• Demonstrate your passion and personality, showcase your salesmanship and sales skill, and close the deal
• No cold calling, unless you want to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Experience
• You Must Be Trainable/Coachable
• Basic Computer Skills
