Designer/Sales Representative

About the role

Closet Factory is a leader in creating dynamic, truly custom solutions for every room in clients’ homes. We are looking for Design Sales professionals in the Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Venice and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will work locally except for bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL. Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in their homes to create custom designs and price solutions
• Demonstrate passion, personality, and salesmanship to close deals
• Attend bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Must be trainable/coachable
• Basic computer skills
• Energetic and upbeat demeanor

Qualifications

• No previous work experience in design required
• Sales experience is required
• Willingness to complete training at the Jacksonville office

• People-oriented and naturally organized

$3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
