Designer - Material Handling

About the role

We are seeking an AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical skills, along with a solid understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise 2D CAD drawings based on project requirements.
• Interpret technical documents, blueprints, and sketches to create accurate drawings.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and circuit designs using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Create PLC wiring diagrams and panel layouts.
• Design electrical control systems for industrial automation, power distribution, and equipment.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring version control.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet industry standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical (for electrical designers).
• A strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel design (for AutoCAD Electrical roles).
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, IEC, IEEE, or ANSI (for electrical designers).
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• An attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
