About the role
Join Jobright as a Designer (Marketing & UI) and create B2B marketing materials and digital assets, support UI/UX design for our SaaS platform, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with international teams. Responsibilities
- Design premium B2B marketing materials, including sales pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product brochures
- Create engaging graphics for digital campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and paid ad creatives that drive engagement and lead generation
- Assist in designing intuitive product interfaces, web layouts, and user experiences for our SaaS platform and landing pages as needed
- Maintain and elevate the Jobright visual identity across all external-facing touchpoints, ensuring a professional, modern "AI-tech" feel
- Work seamlessly across time zones, communicating effectively with the US GTM team and the China-based engineering/product teams
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is strictly required
- Previous design experience at a SaaS, tech, or AI company
- A strong portfolio showcasing marketing assets (presentations, digital ads, one-pagers)
- Highly proficient in Figma, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A fast, hands-on executor who thrives in a startup environment and can turn around high-quality designs quickly
- Able to commit to approximately 10-20 hours per week, with availability to sync during overlapping hours between the US and China
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web design platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer)
- Experience designing for the US SaaS market
