About the role
A diverse, client-oriented, full-service firm of 45 dedicated design professionals addresses a broad spectrum of architecture, interiors, and planning/programming requirements. Designers of multi-family, mixed-use, education, community, municipal and county buildings. Certified Small Business and Minority Business Enterprise. Located in the vibrant and historic Pioneer Square District.
Responsibilities
- Designs multi-family, mixed-use, education, community, municipal and county buildings
- Translates complex designs into clear construction documents
- Collaborates on multi-project teams
- Coordinates with consultants
- Uses Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Works in both office and remote environments
Requirements
- Experience in planning, design development, design, and contract documents
- Established Revit and AutoCAD skills with working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge in building materials, construction detailing and building codes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- An accredited architectural degree or equivalent experience
