Responsibilities
- Assist with graphic design solutions activities including conceptual design, production work, collateral design, print production, project management, enterprise design execution, team collaboration, quality assurance, and industry awareness.
- Communicate effectively with printing services vendors and identify and ensure the use of appropriate printing processes.
- Complete projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement cohesive graphic solutions that align with enterprise-wide branding and communication strategies.
- Actively contribute to team initiatives by supporting creative strategies, goals, and objectives through thoughtful design execution.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all design deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices within the corporate communications and marketing creative landscape.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity and willingness to work in Canva.
- Knowledge of printing processes, methods and techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail, effective verbal communication skills and professional presence.
- The ability to creatively problem solve while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
- Experience in designing for social media, event signage and materials, branded giveaways, and publication design.
- Experience with Workfront.
Desired Job Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Ability to balance creativity with adherence to established brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva animation, or similar).
- Demonstrated initiative in learning new design tools, creative techniques, or emerging visual trends to enhance team capabilities.
- Photography experience desired.
