Designer, Global Softlines

About the role

Overview: The Designer, Global Softlines supports the day-to-day creative development and approval of licensed products across assigned Softlines categories, bringing Paramount’s iconic IP to life at retail. This is a highly hands-on design role focused on managing creative submissions, developing original product and graphic concepts, and providing clear creative feedback to licensees. The Designer is in charge of ensuring product within their assigned categories is brand-right, commercially relevant, and executed to a high creative standard. Working closely with Softlines leadership and cross-functional partners, the Designer manages multiple projects and licensee submissions. While also developing deep knowledge of Paramount’s franchises, category needs, and retail landscape. This is an onsite role at our New York office.
