Designer – focus Interior Architecture

Responsibilities

• Generate design concepts and develop residential layouts
• Select finishes and fixtures
• Architectural and millwork detailing
• Coordinate with different trades including MEP and lighting

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience working on interior architecture scope: high-end, multi-family residential experience preferred
• Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with time management skills
• Professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendors
• Familiarity with accessibility and local building codes preferred
• Interest in sustainable design and healthy building materials
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite required; SketchUp, VRay and/or Enscape, and AutoCad a plus

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 annually
