Designer, AI-Enabled

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality creative work across campaigns, packaging, content, and innovation projects.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual systems, layouts, concept boards, and production-ready assets.
• Partner with designers, art directors, and agencies to bring creative directions to life.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, iteration, and versioning.
• Develop brand-safe prompting practices and reference workflows aligned to company standards.
• Establish quality benchmarks for AI-assisted creative output.
• Rapidly generate and evaluate creative territories, styles, and visual directions.
• Expand the creative option space early in projects to improve decision quality.
• Produce multiple creative directions faster than traditional pipelines allow.
• Work directly with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Production teams to align on AI-enabled creative outputs.
• Incorporate feedback into refined, production-ready deliverables.
• Develop training materials and share working methods, prompt strategies, and creative workflows with adjacent teams.
• Coach peers through real project work, building confidence and adoption organically.
• Contribute examples and playbooks drawn from shipped creative work.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in design, art direction, or creative production roles.
• Strong portfolio of executed creative work (campaigns, packaging, content, branding).
• Active hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows (image, video, text).
• Deep proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, Figma).
• Experience working in brand-driven, production-heavy environments.
• You love making things work fast and improving them continuously.
• You're fluent in creative workflows and can speak both design and technical.
• You enjoy teaching, coaching, and unblocking teams in real time.
• You're pragmatic about AI: quality, safety, and reliability matter.
• Nice-to-Have: Scripting or light engineering (Python/JS), API integrations, automation tooling (Zapier/Make, internal systems).
• Familiarity with evaluation/QA approaches for generative outputs (rubrics, sampling, guardrails).
