AI Creative Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Creative Designer to join our marketing and creative team. This unique role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, photography, cinematography, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for producing AI-generated visual content that supports product launches, retail marketing, social media, digital advertising, web experiences, packaging, sales enablement, and in-store promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate understands that AI is a powerful creative production tool, not a replacement for fundamental design thinking. You must possess a strong foundation in branding, marketing strategy, visual storytelling, and consumer behavior to create compelling content that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Creative Production & Art Direction
- Asset Generation: Create high-quality, AI-generated lifestyle photography, product renders, illustrations, videos, motion graphics, and advertising assets.
- Social & UGC Content: Produce AI-powered UGC-style content optimized for paid and organic social media channels.
- Concepting & Storyboarding: Develop storyboards, mood boards, and creative concepts using AI-assisted workflows to rapidly explore multiple creative directions.
- Brief Translation: Transform marketing and creative briefs into production-ready, premium brand assets.
- Hybrid Collaboration: Refine and enhance AI outputs through multiple iterations and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to blend AI assets with traditional media.
- Prompt Engineering & Workflow Development
- Advanced Prompting: Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to ensure consistent, production-quality creative outputs.
- Scalable Libraries: Build and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, and standardized workflows for repeatable asset generation.
- Model Training: Train and maintain custom AI models, LoRAs, style references, and fine-tuned workflows to improve consistency across products, campaigns, and characters.
- Pipeline Innovation: Continuously evaluate, test, and integrate emerging AI tools and technologies into the creative production pipeline.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative marketing, content production, or visual communications.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail marketing, lifestyle brands, food & beverage, beauty, apparel, cannabis, or similar consumer-facing industries.
- Portfolio: An exceptional visual design portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and hyper-realistic AI integration.
- Technical Stack Requirements: AI Creative Platforms (Experience With Several Of The Following): Imagery & Text-to-Image: Midjourney, Flux, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Leonardo AI, Magnific AI, Topaz AI Video & Motion: Runway, Veo, Kling AI, Pika, Luma Dream Machine Advanced Workflows: ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Cloud workflows. Additional Design & 3D Tools (Experience with one or more): Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, Rhino, KeyShot.
