Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s Residential Services programs.
- Work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
- Directly supervise the operations of their locations; develop relationships, lead, and train staff, and ensure services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
- Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors.
- Afford assistance with client direct care as needed.
- Maintain and perform audits.
- Conduct clear and thorough communication.
Requirements
- Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per MN Statute 245D.
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold an acceptable driving record.
- Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Able to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
- Able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field.
