What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc policies
- Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, and health and safety oversight
- Lead a team in maintaining efficient and effective processes and operations at assigned sites
- Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team
What You'll Need
- Must meet one of the following educational requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
- An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
- A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities AND four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3) of the MN statutes for 245D
Qualifications
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
- Proficient with technology and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay and Schedule
From $27.00/hour + credit for experience
Full-Time | Days | Monday - Friday
