Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage product design data, including entering new designs and updating existing designs, costs, and drawings
- Enter and revise Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and item master templates within the Oracle ERP system
- Support ERP system functionality across the facility and ensure system updates are accurate and up to date
- Provide design, costing, drawings, and manufacturing orders (MTOs) to support Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Planning, Production, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate product costing, quoting, and design information
- Facilitate and monitor the new order manufacturing process (MTO)
- Collaborate with Planning and Process Engineering to establish alternate resources and routing as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college certificate (2-year program) preferred
- Less than 1 year of experience required; 3–5 years preferred
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply cable industry specifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
