Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Design Specialist to join our team in West Jordan, UT. This position will create designs for each project based on customer-submitted information such as school maps and architectural specifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review construction drawings.
• Prepare quotes for projects.
• Manage tasks in Monday.com and the Project Portal.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to gather additional information as needed.
• Revise maps based on corrections or new information.
• Create and upload documents (Network Form, Scope of Work, Statement of Features, etc.).

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Visio (preferred).
• Experience with SAP ByDesign (preferred).
• Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Bluebeam (preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
