Design Sales Representative

About the role

At 3 Day Blinds, you’ll meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments. You'll create simple, beautiful design solutions that fit each space, guide clients through the buying process, and confidently close sales. You’ll manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups, generate additional business through referrals and networking, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced environments
• No prior design experience is required

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
