About the role
As a Design Consultant at 3 Day Blinds, you'll transform spaces by meeting clients in their homes, helping them design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guiding them to confident buying decisions—all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll build a high-impact career from day one.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments for every space.
- Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
- Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
Requirements
- A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make confident decisions.
- Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally—your territory is your office.
Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required—we provide training.
