About the role

Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.

Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.

Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.

Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.

Build additional business through referrals and local networking.

Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space

Requirements

  • A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
  • Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
  • Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
  • Flexible to work at least one weekend day
  • Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Qualifications

  • No prior design experience required — we'll train you
  • Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles

Skills

  • Natural people skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Flexibility to work weekends
