Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes to walk through flooring options and design possibilities
• Listen closely to understand their style, needs, and budget
• Educate customers on materials, durability, and design trends to guide confident decisions
• Present clear, compelling proposals and close the sale
• Keep projects moving — proposals, scheduling, and follow-up all handled with care
• Hand off smoothly to our installation team so every job finishes strong
• Nurture past customers into referrals and repeat business
• Closing 50%+ of the appointments you run
• Earn 5-star reviews consistently
• Build a steady stream of referrals and repeat clients
• Deliver projects that are profitable and customers who are thrilled

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home, outside, or high-trust consultative sales experience preferred
• A natural at building rapport and earning trust fast
• Organized and self-directed — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
• Hold a valid driver's license
• A fearless attitude toward new challenges and the unknown
• Positivity that doesn't waver, even on the tough days
• A calm, confident, solutions-first mindset under pressure
• Resilience — setbacks don't slow you down
• Ownership of your work and follow-through on your word

$50,000 draw + uncapped commission (six-figure potential)
