Job Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design Fire Protection Systems for various types of projects
- Read, analyze, and interpret contract documents, including construction drawings and specifications
- Write, plan, coordinate, and make presentations to individuals and groups
- Work with and comprehend hydraulic calculations and project cost analysis
- Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide fire sprinkler designs using AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and AutoSPRINK
- Perform BIM modeling and field surveying
- Create lists for fabrication and coordinate between the trades
Qualifications
- Ace or Technical Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience
- Fire Protection design experience preferred
- NICET certification preferred
- AutoCad, Revit, and/or Hydratec Experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills

Pay
Compensation Range: $55,000 - 95,000 annual salary
Schedule
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
