Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $110,000 annually
Location: Office-Based + Project Site Visits (Denver, CO)

Project Scope

Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and High-End Residential.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, 3D visualization, or construction design coordination
• Proven proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion for professional project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans
• Extensive experience producing detailed shop drawings, millwork plans, and structural coordination documents
• Strong background in construction methods, materials, and field-based design support

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience using Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, or Blender for advanced visual simulations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and specialized BIM coordination tools
• Previous experience in a client-facing role managing high-end residential or industrial project presentations

How You Will Make An Impact

• Developed conceptual layouts and 3D walkthroughs to translate client visions into functional, buildable plans
• Produced high-quality interior and exterior renderings using Revit and Twinmotion to facilitate rapid client approvals
• Translated complex design intent into detailed shop drawings and installation-ready documentation for field teams
• Copied daily with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase
• Resolved on-site design clarifications and managed change orders to prevent delays during active construction sequencing
