Design Professional
As a member of Cushing Terrell, you’ll collaborate with project teams on architectural design, project development, construction documents, and construction administration. Under the direct supervision of an experienced architect, you’ll develop design and technical solutions, coordinate with technical teams, and manage project segments. This role may also oversee less experienced Design Professionals and technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in all aspects of architectural design
- Deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop construction documents and administer construction phases
- Demonstrate strong design skills and technical proficiency in Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Utilize strong Revit skills
Requirements
- NAAB-accredited architecture degree
- 3–6 years’ experience in architecture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort with collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Commercial, Food & Beverage, or Grocery experience is a plus

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $57,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, licensure, location, proficiency, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
