About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and meeting project milestones.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, cost estimation, and schedule development.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project deliverables and meet project objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with project management tools and software.
