Design Manager

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct regular sustainability assessments and report on progress towards environmental targets.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local, national, and international environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of LEED, BREEAM, and other sustainability certification systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
