Design Manager

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Manage project teams, set goals, and provide regular performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
