Design Internship

Responsibilities

• Resize, retouch, and prep photos/files for digital and print use (Photoshop)
• Update working design files and build reusable templates for recurring program needs (Illustrator/InDesign/Figma)
• Design marketing assets across social, email, print, itineraries, and swag production
• Maintain a clean digital asset library (logos, photos, brand elements) to keep projects organized and on-brand
• Cook up project details and deadlines in Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace (preferred)
• Assist with basic video edits or motion graphics when needed (Premiere/After Effects)

Requirements

• Portfolio required (link must be included with application)
• Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design program (required)
• Minimum of 10 hours per week
• Availability to collaborate during typical business hours (Mon–Fri), with scheduling coordinated in advance
• Weekly progress updates aligned with internship goals and working hours
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and quick timelines

Qualifications

• Design Tools (Required): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma
• Design Tools (Nice to Have): Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Workflow & Collaboration Tools: Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Slack, Monday
