The Design Integration Manager leads and coordinates all preconstruction management activities. - Align scope, detail assumptions, and integrate cost, schedule, phasing, and procurement considerations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years’ experience in design build, integrated project delivery, or complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction execution, sequencing, means and methods, and close-out
- PE & DBIA Certification (Desired)
- Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or CM/GCT
- Travel requirements may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements
- Understanding and experience with win strategies, pricing, and project scheduling
- Experience in technical writing
- Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating, and Project Controls Software
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

Expected Salary Range: $147,000 USD - $203,000 USD
