Key Areas of Responsibility
- Participate in conference calls with Customer design/marketing teams and provide relevant advice when new designs need to be launched.
- Define the best way to produce press proofs with the support of Studio & Prepress, ensuring they meet Thales quality standards.
- Follow the sample proofs manufacturing and delivery schedule.
- Organize and coordinate press checks and press proofs.
- Ensure the technical review form is updated according to the produced samples.
- Contribute to the qualification of new products.
- Perform and record samples quality checks.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the prototyping lab and shop floor.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Studio and Printing or its related services.
- Customer-oriented and customer-focused.
- Able to work autonomously and with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Printing Science, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in Printing processes: digital, offset, and silkscreen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a dynamic personality.
Physical Demands
- The position involves working in the Production floor and the Prototyping Lab.
- Production floor may be subject to chemical odors, loud noises, and long periods of standing.
Physical Environment
- This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Reference Total Target Compensation (TTC)
Total Target Cash (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between $74,796.75 - $124,661.25 USD Annual.
