Your tasks

• Manage a team of design engineers producing production documentation
• Work with engineers to produce high quality mechanical designs
• Ensure on-time release of documentation and BOMs for products and projects
• Review designs for accuracy and adherence to internal and industry standards
• Serve as design engineering point of contact to project management, systems engineering, production, test engineering, and others as needed
• Aid in identifying gaps in processes and training needs; help implement solutions
• Manage design team’s project schedules and prioritize tasks when conflicts arise
