Design Engineer VI - Tulsa

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced aerospace design solutions and methodologies
• Define and drive design strategy and long-term engineering direction
• Solve highly complex, novel engineering challenges
• Develop new standards, concepts, and best practices
• Serve as primary technical advisor to senior leadership and customers
• Represent the organization in high-level technical forums
• Influence program strategy, innovation, and capability growth
• Mentor senior engineers and shape organizational expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 20+ years aerospace design experience
• Recognized industry expert in aerospace design
• Extensive Boeing and/or defence program experience
• Mastery of CATIA V5 and design systems
• Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and certification processes
• Prominent track record of technical innovation and strategic influence

Qualifications
