Design Engineer - Memphis, TN

About the Role

Solid industrial manufacturing company is growing and needs a talented industrial equipment Design Engineer. There is ample room to move up the corporate ladder and you'll learn tons working with a talented group of engineers at this facility and others in the company.

Responsibilities

• Using AutoCAD, Inventor, and 2D/3D skills in developing drawings for current and future clients.
• Working with the sales team on proposals for clients.
• Creating estimates for production.
• Performing tests to ensure product workability and quality.
• Providing engineering support during production, installation, and repair of products.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an associate degree in engineering.
• Must be skilled in AutoCAD Inventor.
• At least 1 year of experience in Design with AutoCAD.
• Experience designing in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we will consider AS in Engineering degrees.
• Perfect job to have while you finish getting your BS in Engineering.

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication skills.
• Engineering calculations.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to read schematics.

Pay & Benefits

Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southern USA.
