Design Engineer

Position Title: Design Engineer Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 / Year, DOE This is an opportunity for a Design Engineer who wants to do more than sit behind a computer all day. You’ll take custom automated material handling equipment from 3D design through hands-on assembly, testing, and refinement, working on unique machines built to grasp, lift, and maneuver everything from engine blocks to boxes and other components within manufacturing environments. You’ll manage multiple projects at different stages, collaborate directly with the shop team and see your designs come to life from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mechanical design experience, strong 3D modeling skills, and a hands-on mindset. They’re looking for someone collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, hardworking engineering environment.
