Design Engineer II

Role Overview: A Design Engineer supporting Micro-Motion's existing product lines within the Sustaining Engineering Team. The role involves technical problem solving, processing change requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product design. Key Responsibilities Support current products through engineering change orders (ECOs) and process improvements.Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams on technical issues and design enhancements.Assist with customer RMA analysis to develop sustainable solutions.Engage with Application Engineering and clients to ensure design solutions meet expectations.Participate in cost-control initiatives like VAVE. Qualifications & Skills Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.3+ years manufacturing or design experience.Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA, manufacturing processes, inspection tools, CAD modeling, and product development lifecycle.Familiarity with quality systems (QS, ISO), engineering change management, and software such as SolidWorks and Oracle ERP preferred.
