- 3–5 years of relevant experience (internships or project work included)
- Techically proficient at an advanced level with SolidWorks, including top-down or in-context modeling
- Techically proficient in Adobe Create Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator
- Exposure to fabrication methods (wood, metal, plastics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Why DI?
- You’ll work on projects that don’t fit neatly into a box—combining storytelling, design, and fabrication to create something truly unique.
- You’ll also gain hands-on experience learning how great ideas become real, buildable environments.
- As an employee-owner, your impact goes beyond your day-to-day work—you’re contributing to the long-term success of the company alongside your teammates.
- We offer a full benefit package including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance along with Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and Supplemental Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity.
- We offer a 401(k) with a match, Health Savings Account match, Paid Time Off (PTO), 7 paid holidays plus an employee chosen Floating Holiday annually, and paid Parental Leave.
- In 2018, DI incorporated the Great Game of Business principles into the way we do things. The program is designed to create a business of business people, provide transparency into company performance and directly tie daily behavior to impact DIs performance.
- The program allows for the potential of quarterly bonuses as company goals are achieved.
