Design Engineer II

Role: Design & Implementation Engineer II responsible for circuit design, network planning, and order fulfillment within a semi-structured environment. Key Duties Designs circuits for network growth, interfaces with carriers, and implements core network designs.Reviews orders for technical accuracy, maintains customer commitments, and tracks order progress.Collaborates with service activation and field teams to resolve provisioning issues.Supports field operations, reviews technical data, and updates orders to meet deadlines.Participates in operational projects and maintains current knowledge of network technologies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent experience.At least 3 years in telecommunications/data networking; 2+ years in design engineering preferred.Knowledge of network QOS, IP routing, Ethernet switching, and packet tagging mechanisms.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google programs, and project management tools.Strong communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
