Design Engineer Golf

Your Mission

Create 3D parametric models of entire golf club using NX CAD software, manage golf club projects, communicate with suppliers, translate renderings into 3D CAD models, engineer club performance, coordinate with development team, initiate and strategize product testing, collaborate on new club ideations, pursue patent opportunities.

Talent Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in golf club product design and engineering
• Advanced 3D CAD modeling skills including free form surfacing, parametric sketches, solid tools, associative modeling, and part families
• Familiarity with computational design software (Rhino Grasshopper, nTop, Blender)
• Working knowledge of Office software products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Project management experience: Ability to lead a project and project team. Vendor communication and manufacturing experience/knowledge
• Solid understanding of golf, golf clubs, golf club physics, history, and the golf market
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Good communication and presentation skills required
• Exceptional follow through, detail, and organizational skills
• Able to effectively schedule and work against business deadlines
• Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial
• Results oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks

Pay and Benefits

The hiring range base pay for this position is $70,304-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate). Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
