Design Engineer

About the role

The recent step-change in AI performance has opened up new opportunities for innovative products. The UX for many of these products is still evolving. We're a rapidly growing startup with a strong focus on AI UI/UX, collaborating with industry leaders and making a significant impact in the legal sector.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders, engineers, AI researchers, and attorneys to design and develop clean, intuitive products.
• Lead the design of interfaces, components, and UX flows across all aspects of the product suite.
• Drive brand design and motion graphics for social media and conference promotions.
• Be a founding member of a team building products that people want.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design, branding, and motion graphics.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Experience with motion graphics for creating promotional videos.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a technical product environment and innovate new UI/UX solutions in an ambiguous setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building clean, intuitive UI/UX for software products.
• Strong foundation in AI, especially in areas relevant to our product development.

Skills

• Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe.
• Experience with animation tools like Lottie.
• Understanding of AI principles and their applications.

Compensation range: $70K - $150K
