Interview Process

• Initial Screening

  A quick call to understand your background, interests, and what you're looking for in your next role. We'll also share more about what we're building and answer any questions you have.

• Technical Interview or Take Home Assignment

  You'll work with one of the founders through a practical problem. Either as a take-home or an in-person interview depending on the role. The goal is to see how you approach real-world problems.

• Paid Work Trial

  Spend a day working alongside us on the product. We'll compensate you for your time. This is a chance for us to see if you're a good fit, and for you to see if this is the right place for you.

• Offer

  We believe that a quick turnaround time is important. We'll get back to you within a few days of the interview process, and if we're a good fit, we'll make you an offer to get started ASAP.
