We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our team and help serve our clients and communities. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career Design Engineer with 2–4 years of experience who is looking to continue developing their technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility within project teams.

About the role

This role includes a seat in Blueprint, our new early-career leadership program designed for engineers looking to accelerate their professional growth. Over six months, participants take part in a hands-on curriculum focused on professional development, business acumen, and project delivery through case studies, simulations, and interactive exercises. The program explores topics such as project economics, client communication, and leadership fundamentals, while providing opportunities to build relationships across the industry. Blueprint concludes with an in-person capstone event where participants present their work, reflect on key learnings, and set goals for the year ahead.
