Position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.
Responsibilities
- Design and capture electrical schematics and guide PCB board layouts.
- Perform electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis.
- Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world-class avionics systems.
- Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generate, review, and present Product Certification.
- Support system-level testing.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.
- Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
- Experience interacting with peers, management, and government customers.
- Missile design experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience in digital circuit design at the card/board level schematic and analysis.
Skills
- Experience with a combination of design, test, operations, and systems engineering disciplines.
- Experience in schematic capture using Xpedition or similar tools.
- Experience with PSPICE, Saber, or other electronics simulation tools.
- Experience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis).
- Experience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System Level).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment and build consensus among peers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptable to new situations and demonstrates self-initiative in solving complex problems.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
