We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the EEO paragraph, the "Click the link to apply..." etc. Also remove "Other Opportunities At Alta Please visit our careers page..." etc. Also remove "About Alta Culture is Job #1." maybe part of About? Actually "About Alta Culture is Job #1." seems weird; maybe it's a heading? The posting includes "About Alta Culture is Job #1." then description. We need to decide sections.
We have content: introductory paragraph about company and benefits. Then "Responsibilities" heading appears. Then list of responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" heading appears. Then list of qualifications. Then "About Alta Culture is Job #1." maybe considered "About the role"? Actually "About Alta Culture is Job #1." maybe a heading for "About the company"? The instructions: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (or About the company?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits (maybe from early paragraph), Skills (maybe from "What We Look For"?), maybe "Pay" not present (they mention Competitive wages but not specific numbers). Should we include Pay? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state benefits: "Outstanding benefits package (Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, plus much more!) 401(k) with match Competitive wages Paid time off 10 paid holidays". Also "Work schedule: M-F, day shift". So we have Benefits and Schedule. Pay: they mention Competitive wages but not specific; is that considered stating pay? It says Competitive wages but no amount. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive wages" is vague but still states that wages are competitive; is that considered stating them? It's not a specific number but it's a statement about pay. I'd argue it's stating that pay is competitive, which is somewhat vague but still a statement. However the rule says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive wages" could be considered filler? Might be borderline. Safer to not include Pay section unless they give a range or specific. I'd omit Pay.
Schedule: they state "Work schedule: M-F, day shift". That's specific enough. So include Schedule.
Benefits: they list specific benefits: Training, Tuition assistance, Employee stock purchase plan, Outstanding benefits package (Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, plus much more!), 401(k) with match, Competitive wages (maybe skip), Paid time off, 10 paid holidays. So we can include Benefits.
Now "What We Look For" section: could be Skills or Requirements? They talk about cultural fit, great attitude, mutual respect, high energy, passion for excellence, skill set high aptitude, continual focus on investing in one's profession through additional training and learning. That's more like Skills/Attributes. Could be Skills section.
Also "About Alta Culture is Job #1." maybe we treat as About the role or About the company. The instructions: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (or About the company). The content after that heading describes Alta's guiding principles, etc. That's about the company. So we can put that under About the role (or About the company). We'll use About the role.
Now we need to remove duplicated lines, boilerplate, application instructions, EEO, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract substantive content:
Intro: "Come work for the largest equipment dealer in North America! Are you a hardworking individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and looking to take your career to the next level? We need to separate benefits and schedule maybe.
But we will have Benefits section with list: Training, Tuition assistance, Employee stock purchase plan, Outstanding benefits package (Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, plus much more!), 401(k) with match, Paid time off, 10 paid holidays. Possibly also "Competitive wages" but we may omit.
Schedule section: "Work schedule: M-F, day shift".

Now About the role (or About the company): content after "About Alta Culture is Job #1.":
"Alta Equipment Group prides itself in living by our Guiding Principles: Invest in the Best, Passion for Excellence, Customers for Life, Mutual Respect and One Team. More than an equipment company, Alta is an innovator of solutions, delivering diverse products and unrivaled support centered on building lasting customer relationships. We should keep that.
