Design Engineer - AI Enablement

About the role

This is a 6-months contract assignment based in Jupiter, FL 33478. It is a W-2 position.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use
• Create reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents in consideration of engineering workflows
• Translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices
• Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables
• Familiarity with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment
• Comfortable with AI and digital productivity tools

• Responsible engineers and checkers retain all technical accountability

Pay

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
